  • Cans are dented, punctured, or leaking
  • Packaging severely damaged during transit

Defective Products

  • Product quality issues (off taste, smell, or appearance)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Contamination or foreign particles

Wrong Product Delivered

  • Received different flavor than ordered
  • Received wrong quantity
  • Missing items from order

Expired or Near-Expiry Products

  • Products past best-before date on arrival
  • Products expiring within 7 days of delivery

1.2 When You CANNOT Return

Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Products consumed or opened (unless quality issue)
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products past best-before date due to your storage
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Slight flavor variations (kombucha is a live product)
  • Minor packaging imperfections that don’t affect product

2. Return Timeline

You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Order number
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos of the issue

2.2 Return Approval

  • We’ll review your request within 24-48 hours
  • Approved returns receive pickup instructions or shipping label
  • You’ll receive email confirmation

2.3 Return Pickup

  • Free pickup arranged for eligible returns
  • Pickup within 2-4 business days of approval
  • Pack products in original packaging

Step 2: Return Approval

  • Our team reviews your request
  • Approved within 24-48 hours
  • You receive return instructions

Step 3: Pack the Product

  • Use original packaging if possible
  • Include all items and accessories
  • Seal securely

Step 4: Pickup/Drop-off

  • Option A: Free pickup arranged (most cases)
  • Option B: Drop at designated location (if needed)
  • You’ll receive pickup confirmation

Step 5: Quality Check

  • We inspect returned products
  • Takes 2-3 business days after receipt

Step 6: Refund/Replacement

  • Refund processed or replacement shipped
  • You receive confirmation email

3.2 Return Packaging

  • Pack products securely to prevent further damage
  • Include a note with order number and reason
  • Do NOT write on product packaging

3.3 Return Shipping

  • Our Fault (Damaged/Wrong/Defective): Free return pickup
  • Your Fault (Change of mind): Not eligible for return
  • RTO (Refused Delivery): Return shipping charges may apply

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

You’re eligible for a refund if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or wrong
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Return approved by Fizzify team
  • Payment failed but amount debited

4.2 Refund Amount

Full Refund (100%):

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired products on arrival
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Missing items

Partial Refund:

  • Opened products with quality issues (assessed case-by-case)
  • Partial orders (only affected items refunded)

No Refund:

  • Products consumed without quality complaint
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Customer-caused damage
  • Late return reports (after 48 hours)

4.3 Refund Deductions

Shipping Charges:

  • Original shipping charges refunded if issue is our fault
  • If you paid for express delivery, standard shipping charges refunded
  • No refund on shipping if return due to customer error (wrong address, refusal, etc.)

Restocking Fee:

  • Generally NO restocking fee
  • May apply for bulk orders returned without valid reason

  5. Refund Credited: Reflects in your account per timeline above

5. Replacement Policy

5.1 When We Offer Replacements

Instead of refund, you can request replacement for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items

5.2 Replacement Process

Option A: Instant Replacement (Delhi NCR)

  • Available for orders in Delhi NCR
  • New product shipped immediately upon return approval
  • No need to wait for return pickup

Option B: Standard Replacement

  1. Return request approved
  2. Pickup arranged
  3. Product received and inspected
  4. Replacement dispatched within 1-2 business days

5.3 Replacement Timeline

  • Delhi NCR: 2-4 business days (total)
  • Other cities: 5-8 business days (total)

5.4 Replacement Conditions

  • Same product (same flavor/variant)
  • Equal or greater value
  • If out of stock, we’ll offer refund or alternative product
  • No extra charges for replacement shipping

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

You Can Cancel:

  • Anytime before order is dispatched
  • Through your account dashboard

Full Refund:

  • 100% refund if cancelled before dispatch
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days

6.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Order Already Shipped:

  • Cannot cancel once dispatched
  • You can refuse delivery (but may incur return charges)
  • Or accept and request return

6.3 Partial Cancellation

  • Cancel individual items from multi-item order
  • Only possible before dispatch
  • Refund for cancelled items only

6.4 Cancellation by Fizzify

We may cancel your order if:

  • Product unavailable
  • Unserviceable delivery area
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing error

In this case:

  • Full refund processed automatically
  • No charges to you
  • Email notification sent

7. Exchange Policy

7.1 Flavor Exchange

Want to try a different flavor?

  • Unfortunately, we don’t offer flavor exchanges
  • You can order different flavors separately
  • Returns accepted only for quality issues

7.2 Quantity Exchange

  • Cannot exchange quantity after delivery

8.3 Bulk Order Returns

  • Bulk orders (24+ cans) have special return terms

  • Return shipping may be shared responsibility

9. Refund for Failed Payments

9.1 Payment Debited but Order Not Placed

This can happen due to:

  • Technical glitches
  • Payment gateway issues
  • Network problems

What We Do:

  • Auto-refund initiated within 24 hours
  • Amount credited in 5-7 business days
  • If not received, email: hello@drinkfizzify.com with:
    • Transaction ID
    • Amount debited
    • Bank details

9.2 Double Payment

  • Rare but can occur
  • Extra payment auto-refunded
  • Contact us immediately if this happens

10. Store Credit & Vouchers

10.1 Store Credit Option

Instead of refund, you can opt for:

  • Fizzify Store Credit (10% bonus)
  • Example: ₹749 order = ₹823.90 store credit
  • Valid for 1 year
  • Can be used for future purchases

10.2 Gift Vouchers

If you received Fizzify as a gift:

  • Return refund goes to original purchaser
  • Or request store credit in your name
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable (can be transferred)

11. Non-Delivery Issues

11.1 Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive:

  1. Check with family/neighbors
  2. Check building reception/security
  3. Verify delivery address
  4. Contact delivery partner (tracking link)
  5. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)

Still Not Received?

  • We’ll investigate with delivery partner
  • Resolution within 3-5 business days
  • Replacement or full refund

11.2 Partial Delivery

  • If only some items delivered
  • Check all packaging thoroughly
  • Report missing items within 48 hours

12.1 Promotional/Sale Items

  • Same return policy applies
  • Refund at price paid (sale price)
  • No adjustment to regular price

12.2 Subscription Orders

  • Can pause/cancel subscription anytime

12.3 Corporate/Bulk Orders
